Returns and Refunds

  • We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

    • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

    • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included

    • Proof of purchase is provided

    Change of mind returns are not available for:

    • Clearance or Sale items

    • Gift cards

    • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

    Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we apologise for inconvenience.

    You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

    Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear photos or videos showing the fault or damage

    We will cover all reasonable return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

    • Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

    Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We offer exchanges subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued in its place.

    Return of Goods shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
